Dr Jeremy Keh
Dr Jeremy Keh
FRACGP (Australia), GCSportsMed(UQ), MBBS (UQ), Dip. Child Health, B.Med.Sc (Hons)

Jeremy completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland following which, he returned to NSW to work at Liverpool Hospital. He continued his medical training in the field of General Practice in medical centres around NSW, and subsequently obtained his Fellowship in General Practice. He is a keen advocate of furthering medical education and training and is currently a Fellowship Examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a member of the NSW RACGP New Fellows Committee. He was previously a Board Director at GPSynergy.

Jeremy has special interests in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He currently holds a Diploma in Child Health and sees children regularly in the practice. He is a regular speaker at events where he attends with his helper – a miniature skeleton model named “Mr Bones” – to entertain and educate kids. He is an accredited Antenatal Shared Care doctor with all Sydney based hospitals.

Having completed a Graduate Certificate in Sports Medicine, Jeremy is continuing his studies in a Masters in Sports Medicine. He has a love for all things sports and fitness. It’s common to see him out at a local rugby game or training at the local gym.

Dr Nisha Prabaharan
FRACGP, BMed/MD (UNSW), Dip. Child Health

Dr Nisha joined the team at the beginning of 2018. Prior to commencing, she worked at Bankstown and Campbelltown Hospitals, gaining experience in aged care, paediatrics and palliative care.

Nisha loves the variety that general practice offers. She has a special interest in the areas of paediatrics, women’s health and aged care. She has a Diploma of Child Health and is accredited for Implanon insertion and removal. She loves being able to empower patients to improve their health, and prides herself on her clear communication and empathetic manner.

Nisha a member of the NSW RACGP New Fellows Committee which acts in an advisory capacity to NSW RACGP and provides relevant and meaningful support and educational programs for New Fellows.

Outside of work, Nisha loves cooking delicious meals for her family and friends, travelling overseas and, of course, her beloved Liverpool FC.

Dr David Puglisi completed his Medical Degree at the University of Sydney in 2014. Since then, he has trained at numerous tertiary hospitals across New South Wales, including Westmead and Royal North Shore, gaining vast experience in emergency medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, respiratory and paediatrics, among others. He has worked as a GP since 2018, completing his training on the Central Coast and obtaining his Fellowship in General Practice in 2020.

David is particularly passionate about managing chronic diseases, especially diabetes, cardiac and respiratory conditions, and enjoys performing minor procedures such as skin cancer excisions and Implanon insertion/removal. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice, from paediatrics to aged care, as well as men’s health. He is proficient in Italian.

When David isn’t working he loves spending time with his young family and playing soccer, and is always keen to have a chat about the weekend results!

Dr Taifa Ahmed
FRACGP, MD/BMed (UNSW), Dip Child Health, Dip Dermatology

Dr Taifa Ahmed graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2015, already certain that her passion was in family medicine. As a mother, Dr Taifa appreciates the importance of maternal and paediatric health and its role in improving community health outcomes, much due to her experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics at Westmead and Westmead Children’s Hospital, respectively. She has completed a Diploma of Child Health and a Professional Certificate of Women’s Health with further postgraduate studies in Sexual and Reproductive Health through Family Planning NSW. She is accredited for Implanon insertion and removal.

Dr Taifa’s experience growing up in Bangladesh, New Zealand and various parts of Australia, including Queensland and Tasmania, has fostered a compassion for young to elderly of sociocultural diversity and mental health backgrounds, further supported by an enriching psychiatry rotation at Cumberland Hospital. Often performing skin checks and minor surgical procedures, she also holds an interest in dermatology, having completed a Diploma of Dermatology and is currently undertaking a Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.

Days off for Dr Taifa involve her trying to finish an acrylic painting or a book from her ever-growing ‘to be read’ pile, or enjoying local markets with her young family. She is always happy to receive book and weekend market recommendations from her patients.

Dr Joanne Loh

Dr Joanne Loh attained her medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2013. She completed her medical training across Sydney and Tamworth, obtaining her Fellowship in General Practice.

Joanne pursued further education and has completed the FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive & Sexual Health, Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology at the University of London, and Postgraduate Certificate in Dermoscopy. She is currently completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Cosmetic Medicine with the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia.

Joanne is particularly interested in Dermatology, skin cancer checks and cosmetic consultations along with performing procedures such as skin excisions and Implanon insertion/removal.

Outside of medicine, she cherishes time with her young family and enjoys exploring the world through travel.

Dr Ash Rahman
FRACGP, MBBS, Prof Cert Skin Cancer Medicine

Dr Ash Rahman has been passionate about General Practice ever since his early days working in tertiary hospitals where he encountered many patients with preventable health conditions. As such, he is a firm believer of “prevention is better than cure” in order to promote the best outcomes for the community.

He has previously worked as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals in the busy departments of paediatrics, emergency medicine, neurology, general medicine and surgery. Furthermore, with experience working as a GP in Bathurst, Orange and Parkes NSW, he has grown a passion for treating patients with complex and chronic diseases holistically from the perspectives of both physical and mental wellbeing.

As a General Practitioner, Dr Ash enjoys all aspects of family medicine and chronic disease management, as well as clinic-based surgical procedures (e.g. skin lesion excision, Implanon insertion and removal) and also holds a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr Ash enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and cuisines with his young family.

RN Gabrielle Catanese

Gabrielle graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Nursing.  In this time she was able to broaden her knowledge and gain experience in a variety of clinical settings including aged care, mental health, community nursing, intensive care, oncology and paediatric.  She has experience taking bloods, vaccination administration, wound dressings, ear syringing, first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

She was awarded the Youth of the Year in the Inner West Local Business Awards 2020.
